I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the main square and restaurants, but the room was a bit noisy and had a strong smell of cleaners/bug spray. The service was friendly, and the dining was decent, though there were a few drawbacks. The peaceful and quiet location was perfect for relaxation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and very clean, equipped with a/c and a big fan, offering fantastic value. However, there was a slight downside as they smelled strongly of bug spray. The service was top-notch with friendly staff organizing some brilliant tours for us. The location was excellent, just on the outskirts of San Ignacio with convenient amenities nearby. The dining options provided a good choice between American-style and local cuisine.
